RESERVATION PAYMENT:
- When making the reservation through the website, you must pay 30% of the amount, either by credit card or bank transfer.
- Once the reservation payment has been made through the website using the credit card option, the reservation will be confirmed instantly.
- In the case of payment by bank transfer, you must send us proof of transfer within 24 hours. If you do not do so, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
PAYMENT OF THE REST OF THE RESERVATION:
- In cash or by credit card at the time of check-in.
- Sending you a link to your email 7 days before arrival.
- By bank transfer 7 days before check in. In that case, you must send us proof of payment once you have made the payment.
- Bank checks are not accepted.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
At the time of arrival, a pre-authorization of €300 will be made by credit card as a deposit, unlocking it after check out if everything is in order.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS
· Check-in time at the accommodation is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Check later.
- The keys are delivered personally to the apartments.
· The latest departure time from the accommodation is 11:00 a.m.
MODIFICATIONS IN THE RESERVATION:
- Galarent reserves the right to change the accommodation in the event that there is a problem that could harm the client's stay. In this case, if the client is not satisfied with the change, they may opt for a refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
- There is a right to cancel reservations according to which the client may cancel the reservation within a period of 24 HOURS from the date it was made, without any penalty expense.
- In any reservation made and canceled MORE THAN 14 CALENDAR DAYS in advance of the expected arrival date, the full amount of the amount delivered as a reservation will be refunded, except for the management costs that such refund may cause.
- In the event that a reservation is canceled LESS THAN 14 DAYS in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to reservas@galarent.es. No cancellation by telephone will be accepted.
