   My wife and I visited San Sebastián along with a couple that we travel with. Juan was a great host. He was at the Porto greet us at check in and explain everything that we needed to know for our next few days. Juan was very quick to answer any questions we had.    立地最高！　コスパ最高！ 家主さんが大変、丁寧に対応してくれました。 空港からのタクシーの手配もしていただいて、全く不安はありませんでした。 家主さんがお部屋で待っていてくれて、設備の説明を１つ１つ丁寧に教えてくれました。 またおすすめのレストラン、ワインショップも教えていただき感謝しいかありません！！ ２つのお部屋で４人で宿泊しましたが、１つのお部屋が少し小さめで、スーツケースを置くのが少しこまりましたが、 冷蔵庫を大きく、洗濯機もあり、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーもあり！！ 大変キレイで使いやすかったです！ バルどおりからも大変近く、ロケーションは最高！！ また、サンセバに来たら、ここに絶対に泊まります。 ホセさん！ありがとうございました！！ 日本語対応してくれたらもっと良いです！ ¡Excelente ubicación! ¡Excelente rentabilidad! El propietario fue muy cortés y servicial. También me consiguieron un taxi desde el aeropuerto, así que no tuve ninguna preocupación. El dueño de la casa nos estaba esperando en la habitación y nos dio una explicación detallada de las instalaciones una a una. ¡También me gustaría agradecerle por informarme sobre sus restaurantes y tiendas de vinos recomendados! ! Nos alojamos en 2 habitaciones con 4 personas, pero una habitación era un poco pequeña y fue un poco difícil poner nuestras maletas allí, ¡pero tenía un refrigerador grande, lavadora, microondas y cafetera! ! ¡Fue muy hermoso y fácil de usar! ¡La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Bar Street! !     Lugar perfecto en una joya de la ciudad. Cerca de excelentes restaurantes y a un corto paseo para poder nadar en la bahía. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta. Justo al lado del casco antiguo y del paseo de la playa de la concha. Tiene una terraza donde se puede ver la puesta de sol detrás de las montañas. ¡Impresionante ubicación! Juan, quien administra el alojamiento, nos brindó un servicio excepcional. Nos dio apoyo de nivel de conserjería nos recomendó la mejor manera de pasar nuestro tiempo en Donostia, qué hacer, qué restaurantes de pintxos priorizar. Incluso desentonó una reserva imperfecta que hice con un restaurante de una estrella Michelin en la ciudad, donde mi esposa y yo tuvimos la mejor experiencia gastronómica de nuestra vida. ¡No puedo esperar la próxima vez! El departamento en general, muy bien equipado y limpio, excelente vista a la playa y sus atardeceres , la ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad por su cercanía a las zonas más lindas de San Sebastián. Más importante aún es la predisposición y amabilidad de Juan, realmente hacen la combinación perfecta para pasar los mejores días de vacaciones , con buenas recomendaciones y muy atento al bienestar de todos .     Location, location, location! Absolutely great location in town - next to a beautiful park and the beach and the old town. The balcony was great and mainly where we sat - day and evening - great view! The apartment is cosy and small - so the balcony really gives a great extra space. Easy to get around.     San Sebastián es un lugar precioso. Comida deliciosa y vida nocturna muy animada. Sin embargo, llovió demasiado. Esta ubicado en pleno casco antiguo, cerca de todas las tiendas, bares, restaurantes, playas. El apartamento es precioso, con un balcón fabuloso. El propietario es muy amable y muy servicial. Llegamos tarde, pero hizo arreglos alternativos para obtener las llaves. También organizó mi taxi desde y hacia el aeropuerto (Bilbao). El apartamento es muy cómodo, con todas las comodidades que se necesitarían para un apartamento independiente. El bloque real donde está el piso, es muy cosmopolita.

    Perfect location for exploring the joys of San Sebastián. Central to the old-town district so pintxos are just a short walk away. Easy to get to Zurriola for surf, or La Concha for just laying out in the sun. Public parking lot is just a couple blocks away. Really the perfect size for two couples, and so nice to have the central living area and, even better, the patio with a gorgeous view!     удачный выбор- отличный отдых с удовольствием провели две недели в этих апартаментах. мне понравилось все от оформления в белых тонах и вида на пляж с балкона до отличного местоположения. Апартаменты оснащены всем необходимым(были даже зонты))). Удобные кровати.каждые 5 дней меняют белье. апартаменты находятся в центре города. все значимые места находятся в шаговой доступности. приезд и отьезд не вызвали задержек и недоразумений. Jose точен и внимателен. я собираюсь еще раз посетить эти апартаменты)

    Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. José ist ein sehr herzlicher Vermieter, die Wohnung ist prima in Schuss und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben unseren Mietwagen im zentralen Parkhaus parken können und über die Wohnungsverwaltung einen sehr akzeptablen Pauschalpreis für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Wir werden diese Wohnung sicher wieder buchen.

    Fabulous location, stunning views This apartment was in the best location possible, a two minute walk to the old town, two minutes to the beach and five minutes to Gros! Many boutique shops, spas, cafes and bars one minute away. In addition most of the main bus stops for main routes 2-5 mins from apartment. The apartment was very clean, and well put together for a smallish space. The communication from management company was excelllent, friendly and helpful. Most definitely recommend this apartment and will try and book when we return!

    If you want to stay close to all of the wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping this is a wonderful apartment. Close enough to walk everywhere, could see La Concha from our balcony and it was very quiet for good sleep. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was so quaint and clean. When I arrived from the airport, José was there to greet us and help us get settled. He was wonderful, very helpful with recommendations and was available for us right away when we got our key stuck in the door. He even was generous enough to let us leave our bags after check out so we could wander the city a little more before we left. I highly recommend this management company and this adorable rooftop apartment. Hope to be back soon!

    Place is great and Jose’ and his management team are fantastic! Loved the place. Great location and great terrace which holds shade most of the day. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely rent with Jose’ and Galarent (his company). They are very responsive and easy to deal with. Really nice people who really care about making things right for their guests.

    This place is run through a different rental agency (Galarent) but José Mari was there to greet us at check in and help us along the way with anything we needed. The location is perfect to enjoy both Concha beach and the pintxos in the old town. The apartment is nicely renovated and was very clean. The view from the terrace was an added bonus! Would have been nice to have some coffee to use with the coffee maker and some air conditioning or fans to help with the heat. Overall a great stay! Muchas gracia por todo!     This flat was lovely, comfortable, and had absolutely the best location and view imaginable. Being on the 7th floor, having an elevator was helpful, too! It was great to have laundry and a dishwasher in the unit. There were plenty of utensils and cooking implements, though no basic food items like spices or coffee or anything you sometimes find in an AirBnB. (Not that this was required, of course, and it was fine -- just wanted those who are more used to booking through AirBnB to recognize this fact.) Jose was very helpful at arranging check-in, and in general we had a fantastic time in this apartment!

    The Airbnb was very clean and simple. The location was absolutely perfect. It is in walking distance to each part of the city. Close to the city center and the grocery store, most importantly, the beach!

    This was the perfect vacation, splendid food, location and atmosphere! We were most delighted with this apartment. Absolutely perfect location, close to the old town with all nice restaurants. Also close to som nice shopping. The apartment had a beautiful ocean view, and the terrace were really nice. The apartment felt modern and perfect for us, 4 adults. We got a really good introduction from the landlord and some fine recommendations on which restaurants served the best pintox. We can really recommend this apartment and a trip to SanSeb. /tobias

    Perfect Location and Breathtaking Views This property could not be in a better location. You are in the center of everything, and just a quick walk to all the best parts of town. >5 minutes to the beach, old town, bridges, etc. The hosts also gave us awesome recommendations of where to eat. Highly recommend!

    The apartment was amazing. It was a perfect size for socialising with our travel friends. The living room was large and the dining bar was great to seat 4. Amenities were plentiful and the location was a quick walk from the train station as well as the town town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    My wife and I had an amazing stay at José's place and in San Sebastian. The apartment couldn't be in a better location, right on the border of the Old Town and Downtown and just steps from the beach. It was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view from the deck beautiful and a huge plus. José was a great host and who gave us awesome food and sight seeing recommendations, helped arrange parking, and even called a friend at a restaurant we had a reservation at to set up something special for us.     Perfect San Sebastian Stay This apartment was a great find. Very nice, clean, updated, and right where you want to be in San Sebastian. Location was amazing. Close walk to everything. Had a nice deck with a view of the water and other sites. Situated right between the old city and city centre for easy access to everywhere. We were able to wash clothes in the washer as needed. Use the kitchen. It was an easy, comfortable stay. Much bigger than I expected. Also, Jose was a perfect host. He spent time with us, shared information about the city, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for a great stay in San Sebastian. Hope to come back again soon.
