The Decor apartment is perfectly located in the Gros neighborhood next to La Zurriola beach and the Kursaal congress center. Next to the River Urumea and two steps from the Old Town and the city center, which is accessed by the nearby Kursaal bridge.

IN THE BUILDING IS A SCAFFOLDING HAS BEEN PLACED DUE TO WORKS ON THE FACADE, WHICH IS SUPPORTED ON THE TERRACE AND IT CANNOT BE 100% USED.

IF IT MATCHES DURING THE STAY, WE WILL APPLY A DISCOUNT FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THAT MAY BE GENERATED.

It is a nice apartment located on the top floor of the building with side views of the Urumea River.

We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.

For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This company uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature and the apartments, after each stay, are cleaned with disinfectant products to guarantee both hygiene and 100% safety.

It consist of:

- Kitchen incorporated into the living room fully equipped.
- Exterior main room with balcony with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
- Interior room to house patio with two single beds and wardrobe.
