PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION (30%):

· When making the reservation through the web you must pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation, either by credit card or bank transfer.
 
It can also be paid by PayPal, with a 3% surcharge. In this case you must select the option "bank transfer" and notify us by email.
 
· Once the reservation payment has been made through the web by means of the credit card option, the reservation will be confirmed instantly. You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information and a locator code, which you must print and present upon arrival for the delivery of keys.
 
· In the case of payment of the reservation by bank transfer or PayPal, you must send us the proof of entry within 24 hours of making the reservation. In case of not doing, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

 

PAYMENT OF THE REST OF THE RESERVATION (70%):

The remaining 70% of the reservation can be paid:
 
- In cash or by credit card at the time of check in.
 
- Sending you 7 days before arrival, a link to your email so that you can make the payment virtually through a secure payment gateway.
 
- By bank transfer 7 days before check in. In this case, the client has to send us the proof of the transfer, once the payment has been made.
 
  - The garage, if any, will be paid upon arrival as well as any extras.
 
  - Bank checks are not accepted.
 
 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of € 300 will be made by credit card as a deposit, unlocking it after check out if everything is in order.
 

HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF ACCOMMODATIONS

· The time of entry into the accommodation is established between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., with a supplement of € 30 for arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and € 50 in case of arrival between 10:00 p.m. and 23:00
 
- The keys are delivered personally in the apartments.
 
· The departure time limit of the accommodation is at 11.00 a.m.

 

MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:

 
· Galarent reserves the right to change the accommodation in case there is a problem that could damage the client's stay. In this case, if the client is not satisfied with the change, he may opt for the refund of the amount disbursed for the reservation.
 

CANCELLATIONS:

· There is a right of cancellation of reservations according to which the client may cancel the reservation within 24 HOURS from the date of completion of the reservation, without any penalty of penalty.
 
· In any reservation made and canceled  WITH MORE THAN 14 NATURAL DAYS in advance of the expected date of arrival, the full amount of the amount delivered as a reservation will be refunded, except for any management fees that may cause such return.
 
- In the event of a reservation cancellation LESS THAN 14 DAYS in advance of the expected arrival date, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
 
· Any cancellation must be made in writing to reservas@galarent.es. No cancellation will be accepted by telephone.
